Mafaldine is a long, flat ribbon-shaped pasta with curly, ruffled edges on both sides — sometimes called Reginette or Mafalda. Made from Italian Semola and water, this unique artisanal pasta honors Princess Mafalda of Savoy, whose regal crown inspired its distinctive frilled edges.
